Berlin, 5th September 2011. More than 100 international and national Radio Industry experts have met at Berlin´s International Broadcasting Fair IFA 2011, meeting e.g. representatives of the car industry, the research and consumer sector.

Rhineland-Palatinate´s Prime Minister, Kurt Beck, sees digital radio walking the right way to the future. Being also the Chairman of German Lander´s broadcasting commission he said : "The many years of fighting for the introduction of digital radio have finally been successful. My impression from visiting IFA is the business community clearly backing digital radio."

Traders from all over Germany have taken advantage of the chance at Berlin´s International Broadcasting Fair 2011 IFA for being updated on the latest digital radio developments.

On 2nd September 2011 the world´s largest consumer electronics fair IFA 2011 will open its doors in Berlin. During six days ARD, Germany´s public service broadcaster, all commercial radios and many major radio manufacturers will present their digital radio ideas and products.

The start of the IFA 2011, Berlin´s International Broadcasting Fair, will see the start of the English pages of www.digitalradio.de. It updates international and Germany based digital radio fans on all current and updated digital radio information in their native and world- language English. You are weclome!
